Who We Are

Agrovet Pharmaceutical Co. established in Adana with 3 founding partners in 2009 with 100% domestic capital. The main goal is supply the highest quality products to the market with the best possible price as your solution partner on animal industry.

In all respects, Agrovet believes in experience and knowledge. Total human resources are 12 people which are included in the founding partners. Total academic education is 198 years with the average of 16,5 years. Within our structure there are two philosophic doctorates , 5 masters of science, 1 bachelors, 2 associate degree graduates. Total D.V.M. number is 6. Because of that Agrovet is a highly educated company. All academic degrees are in animal science and/or health. Agrovet has a high adaptive skill by its own high education level of Human Resource.

The most Inexperienced partner within the Agrovet’s founders has 20 years experience in the animal production industries. Members of our Board consist of Veterinary Medicine and Agriculture Engineers. The aim of this multidisciplinary structure of our Board of Members is from different sciences for to catch the synergy by to see the cases, problems and processes from different angles of animal production. Gülbanu SERİN, D.V.M.

She was born at Yerkesik/Muğla in 1969. She completed her M.Sc. degree from Istanbul University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (1987-1992). Mrs. Serin led the team which had received Turkey's first certificate of Laboratory Accreditation and ISO-9001 in the animal industry. She has volunteered and provided counseling in many established laboratories in the animal production industry. After working for 16 years in the Quality System Management and Animal Feed Laboratory, Mrs. Serin continues to work for Agrovet Co. as a founding partner.

Özcan YÜCELT, Ph.D.

He was born at Besni/Adıyaman in 1962. His B.Sc. degree has been completed from Çukurova University from 1979-1983 on Agriculture. After that he completed M.Sc. degree (1983-1985) and Ph.D degree (1992-1998). After working many years for Hoffmann-La Roche on veterinary drugs and feed additives, Mr. Yücelt established Ekol Food and Agriculture Co. with 5 associates in 1998. He still continues to work for Ekol Co. as A Member of the Board and Technical Manager.

Mehmet Ali Tekgül, B.Sc.

Mehmet Ali Tekgül, B.Sc.

He was born at Adana in 1962. He received his B.Sc. degreed from Çukurova University (1979-1983) in Agriculture. He started the trading of raw materials for animal feed after his graduation. Mr. Tekgül is the owner of MatAgro Tarım Co. which has known an important company of high volume raw material trading for animal industry in Turkey.
